Expel Wind Damp: Qian Nian Jian
Qian = Thousand
Nian = Year
Jian = Health
My goodness, it was a great marketing expert that came up with that name. I want to take some right now.
It is strongly fortifying, and widely used in treating older people, externally and internally. It strengthens sinews and bones, dispersing wind-damp. Good for acute and chronic pain of the low back and knees, numbness and spasms.
So, quite obviously it is Tonifying. It is also warm, spicy, and bitter. And versatile.
